Grandma is Hiring!

Grandma’s House is a 7 bbl brewery located on the Antique Row stretch of South Broadway in Denver, Colorado. We are looking to add some team members to our team in preparation for the fall months and beyond. While serving beers is undoubtedly a very large part of what we do, there are many more things to do in order to operate a brewery, and we are always looking to add staff that gets things done. Are you great at planning events? We love events! Are you a wiz with social media? Grandma can barely keep up with all of the latest trends. Do you have a special skill that you believe would add to our business? Let's hear about it! Think you could run the place? The old lady is ready to hand over the reins. The following attributes are among those we are seeking potential candidates:

-Honest, hard-working, reliable, punctual with excellent customer service skills and beer knowledge, and the willingness to build on that knowledge.
-The ability to collaborate as a team member as well as handle bar responsibilities with little-to-no supervision.
-Excellent attention to detail and following directions, particularly in regards to cleaning glassware, pouring beer, and tidying the taproom.
-The desire to utilize downtime by accomplishing side tasks that contribute to our collective success.

Grandma believes that all of our team members (both FOH and BOH) should share in the success of the business, so we have a tip sharing program in place. The base hourly pay rate is $14.27-$17.29, and a higher hourly may be negotiable for exceptional candidates.
